THEO OF GOLDEN - My IRL book club just read and loved this word of mouth wonder about an elderly gentleman who buys the portraits hanging in a small town coffee shop, to gift to the subjects of each one. Filled with anonymous generosity, kindness, and human connection, this story is what the holidays (and all days) should truly be about. I made these Portuguese biscoitos for Theo, who is from Portugal - best served dunked in Theo’s favorite coffee.
